Exclusive Discounts
Nonprofit organizations receive 40% off the hourly venue fee for any event held at Lakeside Event Space.
In-Kind Recognition
In exchange for this generous discount, we kindly request that Lakeside Event Space be recognized as an in-kind supporter of your organization. The value of the discount will serve as the in-kind contribution.
Flexible Catering Options
We allow nonprofits to use outside catering for their events without requiring the outside catering rate that we normally charge. Outside catering rules will apply, ensuring a seamless experience while maintaining venue standards.
Nonprofit of the Month
Each month, one nonprofit will be selected to receive free use of the venue space for a Tuesday daytime or evening event. This exclusive opportunity requires a minimum in-house food and beverage order, a minimum guest count of 20, and recognition of Lakeside Event Space as an in-kind supporter. Interested nonprofits must apply to be considered for this special program.
How to Apply
Eligibility: This program is open to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Proof of nonprofit status is required.
Booking: Contact our Sales Team to inquire about available dates and discuss your event needs.
Recognition Agreement: Upon booking, we will provide a simple agreement outlining the in-kind recognition requirements for the value of the discount.
Nonprofit of the Month Applications: To apply for the Nonprofit of the Month Program, submit an application with details about your organization and the event you plan to host.
