Join us at our beautiful new private event space – Lakeside at Chandler’s Cove, to enjoy a sake pairing dinner featuring Tahoma Fuji Sake Brewing Company. Brewery owner, Andy Neyens – the one, and only, sake brewer in Washington will join us and guide us through his history of perfecting the traditional process and craft.

In collaboration, Culinary Director, Trinity Mack, will present a chef’s demonstration and will showcase a tasting menu of four delectably paired courses featuring local meats from Beast & Cleaver sure to be indulging to your pallet as you sit lakeside, take in the Seattle skyline, sip and learn sake!
