It is with heavy hearts that we announce that our public dining cruises will remain suspended until May, 2021. Private group cruises will continue to operate as may be permitted according to current COVID statewide restrictions.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our guests who have a cruise or event booked with us during this period.
The health and safety of our guests and crew has always been our number one priority. We are dedicated to protecting each and every one of our guests and crew members by continuing to adhere to a series of strict safety measures in the operation of our business and to follow all health guidance and directives from the CDC and Washington State.
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and work with state and local public health officials to determine when it will be appropriate and safe for us to start operating all public and private cruises again.
For those who have already booked a cruise with us, we will be reaching out to you individually with options for rebooking your cruise or event with us at a date in the future. Alternatively, you may choose an online gift card that can be redeemed for a future cruise of your choice. Please note, our gift cards never expire.
We look forward to welcoming you aboard and celebrating with Waterways Cruises in 2021. Sign up for our email for updates or visit www.waterwayscruises.com.
Continuing to support each other during this unprecedented time is the best way to help keep our small businesses afloat. Waterways Cruise has been in business for 27 years and we will weather this storm.
We thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support during this difficult and unprecedented time.
In Good Health,
Ownership and Management of Waterways Cruises
