Conchas & Cocktails Pairing Cruise

Indulge in specialty conchas – handcrafted by Karen of local pop-up panaderia, Bakescapade! Meet the creative mind behind the brand while enjoying cocktails paired with and inspired by the flavors created for this special event. One flavor features coffee from Hello Em!

About Bakescapade:

Chef Karen Sandoval is a gifted pastry chef from Mexico City who has made her mark in the culinary world with her passion for baking and her love of authentic Mexican sweets. Bakescapade has connected her with people from all walks of life, and her innovative approach to traditional pastries has made her a beloved figure in the Seattle community.

About Hello Em:

“We are a coffee roastery and café in Little Saigon Seattle specializing in robusta beans directly sourced from Buon Ma Thuot, Vietnam. Our space is shared with Little Saigon Creative ran by the neighborhood non profit Friends of Little Saigon. Together we are able to activate and preserve the cultural hub of the Seattle Vietnamese community.”

Attire is at the discretion of each customer. A sweater or light jacket is recommended for cooler weather when viewing from the outdoor decks.


Cruise Includes 

  •  Two-hour cruise on Lake Union and Lake Washington (cruising on Lake Washington is subject to boat traffic and weather)
  • Complimentary champagne toast
  • Three cocktails paired with three flavors of Bakescapade conchas & small bites
  • Guided tasting of food and drinks complete with tasting notes and a brief history from the creators themselves!
  • Ages 16+
