Come aboard for a three-course dinner paired with refreshing beers from Black Raven Brewing! Enjoy each course which we have thoughtfully crafted with the Black Raven team to highlight the flavor notes in the special beers we have chosen from their selection.
In 2000, Black Raven’s Beaux moved to Redmond and landed his first gig at Mac and Jack’s Brewing in Redmond as the night brewer. After a few years there, he tried his hand at the brewpub scene with Far West Ireland Brewing and then the Seattle Ram. In 2009, Beaux and his business partner Kat opened their own brewery with a simple mission in mind; brew the beer they wanted to drink.
